Refund Policy
A simple 30-day refund policy for your digital wedding stationery.
Effective October 10, 2026
30 days to request a refund
You may request a full refund for any digital product purchased directly from Wedding Paper Edit within 30 calendar days of its purchase date. This includes personalized products and products you have already downloaded. You do not need to show a technical defect to make a request within this period.
How to request it
Open Help & support and tell us the email used for your purchase, your order number if available, and which product or order you would like refunded. A short explanation is welcome but not required. Please do not send passwords, full card numbers or security codes. Your request date determines whether it falls within the 30-day period.
How the refund is returned
After we confirm the purchase and request, we return the amount paid for the refunded product to the original payment method through our payment processor. We do not charge a refund fee or require store credit. Bank and payment-provider processing times vary; contact support if you need an update.
What happens to your collection
Refunding an entire order removes its purchased download access. Your saved designs may remain available for editing, but a new purchase is required to unlock refunded downloads. If only part of an order is refunded, support will confirm which products and access are affected. You must stop using or distributing the refunded product’s downloaded files.
Printing and other services
We sell digital designs and PDF files. Charges paid to a separate printer, shipping provider or other third party are not part of your Wedding Paper Edit purchase and are not covered by this refund policy. Contact that provider about its own services.
Outside the 30-day period
Contact support if you have an unresolved problem after 30 days so we can review it and help. This policy does not limit any rights you have under applicable consumer law, including remedies for products that do not meet legal requirements.
Who provides this policy
Wedding Paper Edit is developed and operated by GETWAB INC., a U.S.-based company. This policy applies to purchases made directly through Wedding Paper Edit.
