Terms of Use
The essentials for creating, purchasing and using your wedding paper collection.

Who we are
Wedding Paper Edit is developed and operated by GETWAB INC., a U.S.-based company. These terms apply to our website, editor, accounts and digital products. By using the service or creating an account, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to purchase.
Your collection and account
You can begin editing without an account. Guest progress is connected to your browser and may become unavailable if browser storage is cleared or access is lost. Confirm your email and connect your collection to an account to access it on other devices. Keep your sign-in links and credentials private, provide accurate information, and contact support if you suspect unauthorized access.
Digital products and purchases
We provide editable wedding designs and downloadable PDF files, not physical printing or shipping. The products, prices and currency shown at checkout apply to your order. Previewing a design does not purchase it. Personalized downloads unlock after payment is confirmed. Additional products or edition upgrades may require a separate purchase. There is no recurring subscription unless a separately offered subscription is explicitly accepted.
Personal use of designs
Purchased designs are licensed, not sold, for your personal wedding and related celebrations. You may personalize them, print copies for your event, share the finished pieces with your guests and give the PDF to a printer acting on your behalf. You may not resell, sublicense, distribute blank templates, extract and redistribute our artwork, or offer our designs as your own competing template service. Our designs, sample assets, branding and software remain protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Your words and photographs
You retain your rights in the content you upload. You give us permission to store, process, reproduce and display it as needed to operate your collection, generate files, maintain backups and provide requested support. This does not give us permission to use your wedding photographs in advertising. Upload only content you have the right to use, including permission from photographers and people whose information or portraits you provide. Do not upload unlawful or infringing content.
Review before printing
Check names, dates, wording, photographs, QR links, page order and dimensions before printing. Sample names and imagery are illustrative. Screen colors and printed results can differ. Confirm paper, bleed, folds and other production requirements with your printer and order a proof first. Printing and shipping arranged through third parties are separate services; we do not control or reimburse their charges under our digital-product refund policy.
Access, changes and acceptable use
Purchased pieces remain available in your account for editing and repeat downloads while the service is operating, without a recurring access fee. “Lifetime access” refers to the availability of the service, not a guarantee that a website can operate forever. Keep a downloaded copy of important files. We may maintain or improve the service and restrict access for fraud, security threats or material misuse. Do not attempt to access another customer’s files, interfere with the service, bypass payment controls or redistribute private access links.
Refunds
You may request a full refund for a purchased digital product within 30 calendar days of purchase, including if you have already downloaded it. See our Refund Policy for the request process and what happens to refunded access. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Service limitations
We work to provide a reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every design will meet every printer’s requirements. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. These limitations do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded, or override our express refund commitments or your mandatory consumer rights.
Updates and questions
We may update these terms as the service changes. The date at the top identifies the current version. Material changes will be communicated through the service or by email where appropriate. Changes do not retroactively remove the refund rights attached to an existing purchase. Contact us through Help & support for questions about these terms.
