The invitation must still work at a glance
Lead with both names, the invitation line, full wedding date and ceremony location. Make it clear whether guests are invited to the ceremony, reception or entire weekend. A playful headline should support these details rather than replace them.
Give the reply a single destination
State a reply deadline and one clear RSVP method. If you use a wedding website, print a readable URL as well as a QR code. Test the destination without being logged into your account so guests do not reach an inaccessible page.

Keep changing details online
A printed invitation cannot be updated once mailed. Use the newspaper for confirmed information and direct guests to the wedding website for transport updates, accommodation availability and other details that may change.
Check the format before ordering envelopes
Review the exported invitation's actual dimensions and confirm the folded or flat format with your printer. Choose the envelope after the final size is known. Assemble one complete sample to check fit, legibility and mailing requirements before ordering the whole run.

GOOD TO KNOW
A few things you might be wondering.
Is a newspaper invitation the same as a wedding-day newspaper?
They serve different moments. An invitation asks guests to attend; a wedding-day newspaper welcomes people who are already there. You can coordinate both without repeating all the content.
Can I include accommodation information?
Yes. Keep it concise and point to a current source for bookings and availability.
